I've been deep in the People space longer than I’d like to admit. I come from a family of blue-collar entrepreneurs and worked in my family business, handling employee files and invoicing, before I could drive.
My small business roots have catapulted a 20-year career in helping small businesses and start-ups scale, fix, and transform. No college degree, no traditional path—just a career built from the ground up with a front-row seat to what works and what absolutely doesn’t. I’ve led HR functions across Tech, SaaS, Construction, and Consumer Goods and Manufacturing, learning something invaluable at every stop.
I specialize in talent strategy, HR technology, employee engagement, DEIB, and scaling business operations. I embed myself in the business and support owners, CEOs, and founders to ensure an ineffective growth strategy does not impact your business roadmap. My roles as Chief of Staff and Business Partner to executive teams have given me expertise in helping small businesses operate and grow successfully beyond just the HR practice.
